1. Using Looply
Looply helps you organize gatherings , invites, RSVPs, updates, and optional group gifting. By creating a loop or contributing to one, you agree to use Looply lawfully and respectfully. You're responsible for the content you post and the people you invite.
2. Your account
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials safe. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or harm other users.
3. Content & loops
You retain ownership of the loops, messages, and updates you create. You grant Looply the limited right to display them to the people you invite.
4. Group gifting
When a loop has a dream gift, contributions are coordinated between participants. Looply does not currently process payments , chip-ins reflect what guests have committed to bring.
5. Changes
We may update these terms as Looply evolves. We'll notify you of material changes through the app.
